One platform for Dubai real estate, built and run by us.

Property analytics, automated valuations, market trend tracking and CRM for agents and brokerages, in one place.

[02] Summary

In Dubai real estate, the agent who can value a property, read the market and respond to a client fastest usually wins the deal. Alzake, a Dubai proptech startup, gives agents and brokerages one platform for all of it: property analytics, automated valuations, market trend tracking, a full CRM, and AI assistants inside the platform and on WhatsApp, all built on Dubai Land Department transactions, listings and rental data. LatentIQ built the platform for Alzake end to end, with a team of 3 in 3 months. Today around 20 brokerages use it, each with around 20–30 agents. They win more listings and stop losing leads, and we still run, support and improve it.

[04] The business

Alzake is a Dubai proptech startup, and our client.

It serves real estate agents and brokerages, and positions itself as an intelligent assistant for Dubai real estate (in its own words, “Jarvis for Dubai Real Estate”): one place where agents get the market knowledge and tools they need to work faster.

Alzake came to LatentIQ to build the product itself. We designed, built and launched the full platform, and we continue to run it.

Dubai is a fast-moving property market. Every day, an agent has to do four jobs well:

  1. Understand a property: what it is, where it sits in its area and how it compares.
  2. Price it: give a client a value they can believe.
  3. Read the market: know which way prices and demand are moving.
  4. Manage clients: keep track of buyers, sellers and every conversation.

Agents who do these quickly and convincingly win mandates and close deals. Agents who are slow lose them to someone faster.

[05] The problem

Four jobs, too many tools.

  1. 01

    Scattered tools

Analytics, valuations and client management usually live in separate tools. An agent checks numbers in one place, works out a price in another and manages clients in a third.
What it cost: time spent switching between tools instead of advising clients, and information that never comes together in one view.

  2. 02

Valuations that are fast, or defensible, but not both

A quick estimate is easy to produce and hard to defend in front of a client. A carefully worked valuation is defensible but slow. In a market that moves this fast, agents need both.
What it cost: either lost time, or lost credibility when a client questions the number.

  3. 03

A market that moves faster than the agent’s view of it

Market conditions shift quickly. Without trend tracking built into daily work, an agent’s sense of the market can fall behind the market itself.
What it cost: advice based on yesterday’s market.

  4. 04

Client work cut off from market knowledge

When the CRM sits apart from analytics and valuations, the agent has to carry the market knowledge into every client conversation by hand.
What it cost: slower responses and less informed conversations with clients.

  5. 05

    Leads that slip through

Leads arrive through many channels, and much of the conversation with clients happens on WhatsApp, outside any system. Leads that aren’t captured and followed up are lost.
What it cost: lead leakage: enquiries a brokerage paid for or earned, that never became a deal.

[06] Our approach

A valuation has to be both fast and defensible.

A valuation has to be both fast and defensible. So exact figures come from rules-based calculations, and AI is used where judgment adds value.

Rather than leaving valuations entirely to an AI model or entirely to fixed formulas, we combined them. Rules-based calculations produce the figures that must be exact and explainable; AI adds judgment where it genuinely improves the result. The agent gets speed without giving up a number they can stand behind.

  1. 01

One interface for the whole job.

Analytics, valuations, trends and CRM belong together, because the agent uses them together.

  2. 02

Exact where it must be exact.

Numbers that a client will question come from calculations that can be explained.

  3. 03

    AI where it adds judgment.

AI is used for what rules can’t do well, not everywhere by default.

  4. 04

    Meet agents where they work.

Much of Dubai real estate runs on WhatsApp, so the assistant had to work there too.

  5. 05

Each company’s data stays its own.

A brokerage’s numbers are visible only to that brokerage.

  6. 06

Live from the start, improved after.

Get a working platform into agents’ hands quickly, then keep improving it based on how they use it.

[07] The solution

One platform on one data foundation, with all its capabilities in a single interface.

We built Alzake as one platform on one data foundation, with all its capabilities in a single interface.

Everything in Alzake runs on four sources of data:

  • Dubai Land Department transactionsWhat properties actually sold for
  • ListingsWhat is on the market now, and at what asking price
  • Rental dataWhat properties earn, for investors and landlords
  • Each company’s own dataThe brokerage’s own listings, clients and deals

Why it matters: valuations, analytics and trends rest on real transactions and live market data, combined with what each brokerage knows about its own clients.

  1. 01

    4.2 Property analytics

Agents see the data behind a property and its market in one place.
Who uses it: agents preparing for a listing, a valuation or a client meeting.
Why it matters: agents can price and advise with evidence instead of instinct.

  2. 02

    4.3 Automated property valuations

Valuations are produced automatically, combining rules-based calculations on Dubai Land Department transactions, listings and rental data with AI.
Who uses it: agents valuing a property for a seller, or checking a price for a buyer.
Why it matters: agents get a value quickly, built on calculations they can explain when a client asks how it was reached.

  3. 03

    4.4 Market trend tracking

The platform tracks how the market is moving, so agents see trends as part of their daily work.
Who uses it: agents and brokerage owners.
Why it matters: advice and pricing reflect where the market is now, not where it was.

  4. 04

4.5 CRM for agents and brokerages

A full CRM built for real estate agents and brokerages, in the same platform as the market data. It manages:
    • Leads, so every enquiry is captured and followed up
    • Listings, the brokerage’s properties on the market
    • Deals, from first conversation to closing
    • WhatsApp conversations, connected to the client record
    • Teams, so owners and managers can oversee every agent
Who uses it: agents day to day; brokerage owners and managers for oversight.
Why it matters: client work and market knowledge sit side by side, every lead is tracked, and nothing slips through between channels.

  5. 05

4.6 AI assistant inside the platform

An AI assistant built into Alzake helps agents work with the platform’s data and tools, without digging through screens.
Who uses it: agents, during their daily work.
Why it matters: answers about properties, the market and clients come faster, which is the idea behind Alzake’s “Jarvis for Dubai Real Estate”.

  6. 06

    4.7 WhatsApp assistant

Alzake’s assistant also works on WhatsApp, where much of Dubai real estate business already happens.
Who uses it: agents on the move, away from a laptop.
Why it matters: agents get the platform’s help in the app they already use all day, and conversations stay connected to the CRM.

  7. 07

4.8 One interface for all of it

All four capabilities live in a single interface, so the agent moves from analysis to valuation to client follow-up without leaving the platform.
Who uses it: everyone on the platform.
Why it matters: no switching between tools, and one complete picture of property, market and client.

  8. 08

    4.9 Private by design

Each company’s numbers are visible only to that company. Even LatentIQ, which runs the platform, does not see them.
Who benefits: every brokerage on the platform.
Why it matters: competing brokerages can trust the same platform with their listings, clients and deals.

  9. 09

4.10 Run and improved by LatentIQ

LatentIQ didn’t hand over the platform and leave. We continue to run, support and improve Alzake.
Who benefits: Alzake and its users.
Why it matters: the platform stays reliable and keeps getting better, with the team that built it still responsible for it.

[08] How it works

One agent’s day.

An illustration of how the capabilities work together.

  1. A seller asks for a valuation. The agent opens the property in Alzake.
  2. The agent checks property analytics for the property and its area.
  3. Alzake produces an automated valuation, combining rules-based calculations with AI.
  4. The agent checks market trends to see which way the area is moving.
  5. The agent advises the seller with a value and a market view they can explain.
  6. The client and the conversation are recorded in the CRM, including the WhatsApp chat, so the lead can’t slip away.
  7. On the move, the agent asks the WhatsApp assistant for what they need, without opening a laptop.
  8. The brokerage owner sees activity across the team, alongside the same market data.
  1. 01

    Agent

Before: switches between separate tools for data, pricing and clients; leads get lost in WhatsApp.
After: does analysis, valuation, market checks and client work in one place, with an assistant in the platform and on WhatsApp; wins more listings.

  2. 02

    Brokerage owner

Before: sees team activity apart from market data; can’t see where leads are lost.
After: sees leads, listings, deals and team activity beside market trends, with no lead leakage.

  3. 03

    Client (buyer or seller)

Before: gets a number that is hard to explain.
After: gets a value backed by calculations and a clear market view.

  • Real adoption. Around 20 brokerages, each with around 20–30 agents, use the platform in Dubai’s fast-moving property market.
  • Speed to market. A full platform, from start to live, in 3 months with 3 people.
  • A lasting partnership. LatentIQ remains responsible for running and improving the platform, not just building it.

[10] How we built it

A team of 3 people built Alzake end to end in 3 months.

A team of 3 people built Alzake end to end in 3 months, from start to a live platform. We used our own reusable components together with open-source tools, which is a large part of how a small team delivered a full platform this quickly. The full technology stack is confidential.

Since launch, the same team has continued to run, support and improve the platform.

[11] Why it worked

Built around the agent’s real job, and built to keep running.

  1. It was built around the agent’s real job. Analytics, valuation, trends and clients are one workflow, so they became one platform.
  2. It made valuations both fast and defensible. Rules for exact figures and AI for judgment gave agents speed without losing credibility.
  3. It reached the market quickly. A small, focused team and reusable components took it from start to live in 3 months.
  4. It didn’t stop at launch. Running and improving the platform after launch kept it useful to the companies relying on it.

[12] The insight for anyone building a platform

A platform isn’t finished on launch day.

A platform isn’t finished on launch day. The products that last are built quickly enough to reach real users, then run and improved by people who understand them.

Build the smallest platform that does the whole job, put it in users’ hands, then keep making it better.
